Unless that small shift to the west allows the center to be closer or over the GOM. That would/ could start a whole new ball game.
One of the TV Broadcasters made a statement this morning about Ernesto possibly going over the Everglades. ...The Everglades aren't exactly Terra Firma, and the MET he was talking with concurred and said they are more of a Warm Swamp.
