No, I do not believe you are wrong...almost every met in Tampa has been saying it's moving in a more W/NW direction for at least the last 7-8 hours. I also heard that on an Orlando station at noon. They are showing it just off the coast of Cuba also. VIPIR -- which I know of lot of you don't want to count in -- has consistently show a more westward track. Last night, VIPIR had Ernesto further west than the official NHC track, and it turned out to be spot on. VIPIR is now showing an even further west solution - as are some of the other models.
Just to clarify: I live in Polk county, so that is why I am referencing Tampa Bay mets. Since I live in the Tampa Bay area, I do NOT want to see a more westward track.
