I doubt Ernesto will break up over Florida. It still has some warm water to go over, then the Everglades and eventually Lake O. We're a flat sandy State, there is no wind sheer and all the models show strengthening when it leaves.
I agree it will be predominately a rainmaker, but I none the less closed the office until noon tomorrow; assuming we have electricty.
