Invest 93E (remnants of Dean)

Thought it was interesting that NRL has already put an invest tag (93E) on the remnants of Dean ...

I doubt there's enough left of it to do anything ... NHC doesn't seem to think so either. If it were to do anything it would have to be soon as it is heading for cooler waters.
