Latest IR loops shows TD 6 or "Erika" continuing to get better organized... Looking at the models, it sure hints that this thing is going to affect the US.... somewhere between western LA and FL... Models did a decent job on Claudette early on 7 days out with the TX/MX call... went a shade more to the north than initial runs... but all-in-all a good job, and the first time this year I'd say they had some credibility IMO... so if you go with the models right now, it sure hints of a strong GOM event.... not ready to make a call just yet but if I was in Fl I'd be watching real close...
