Here's the edited (- all caps) 10:00CDT discussion:
A strong tropical wave...the remnants of Tropical Depression Six... is over the Central Caribbean Sea south of Hispaniola moving westward at near 25mph. The system is poorly organized and upper-level winds currently remain unfavorable for re-development Locally heavy showers and gusty winds will continue over portions of Hispaniola tonight...and spread over portions of Jamaica and Eastern Cuba on Wednesday. If neccessary, an Air Force Reserve hurricane hunter aircraft is scheduled to investigate the system on Wednesday.
Discussion also mentions African Dust out to 70W between 10-22N. Achoo.
