I see the Canadian, UKMET, CLP5, BAMS and BAMM are on the west side of the Florida Peninsula. With the Canadian apparently holding the western edge of the Cone. These will probably change a bit over the next 5 days.
BAMM is currently lined up for a Mid Peninsula, Tampa south to Ft Myers, landfall on the FL West Coast.
BAMS, the model closest to Emily's track for a couple of days now, has decided to go around all of the Islands, toward New Orleans and at the 5 day mark is forecasting a position 200 miles or less South of New Orleans.
Both setups are really bad. The Florida track would affect more people and property. While the New Orleans track is the outlier at this time.
5 days is a long way down the road. Just make sure that you start picking up supplies, water and groceries.
In case the wrong track comes your way.
If you are in the Cone of Certainty. You need to start on your list Today. Before the crowds hit the stores on the weekend.
