when this was very disorganized miami dade was getting weather, as it wrapped up tight into a very neat NOTADEPRESSION like ball our winds and rain died down although at 9am its dark beyond words... layers of clouds
seems to me when a storm is sitting on top of you ..you don't need to send the planes in.. you could go with such a call as this won't disappate and is forecast to form in the gulf.. maybe they are hoping that old center will suddenly pop out and bite someone but i would at this point go with what we have which is a tightly round ball of convection and as it was coming ashore.. i DID see a closed off ring with rain moving west along the bottom over south palm beach county ..
