Whimper...lets hope so. This last CF should be the pattern changer we have been waiting for.
Re: trash P/U !!! Into the 8th week now and my neighborhood is still loaded. However, we did see a truck with two trailers and a trash shovel near by picking up along a busy road...that was encouraging...momentarily Some of the residential yard folk have hauled away the smaller stuff. But the big tree debris that is lined along the roads remains...our county is rumored to be allowing a lower rate per ton compared to others so we will likely be delayed until last resort.
