Area of Interest - Invest 97L East of Lesser Antilles
      Sat Aug 31 2013 10:37 PM

At 01/03Z, Invest 97L was located to the east of the Lesser Antilles near 15N 57W with winds of 25 knots and a pressure of 1009MB. Movement was to the west at 14 knots and a west to west northwest movement should continue at a slowly decreasing forward speed. Windshear to the west northwest of the system is expected to slowly decrease and SSTs are 29.5C becoming 30C near the Greater Antilles. Atmospheric conditions should become a little more favorable for additional development as the Invest area approaches the Greater Antilles in a couple of days. Currently most of the slowly increasing convection is located to the east of the weak low pressure center.
