COAST OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC FROM EAST OF BARAHONA TO SANTO
DOMINGO HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.

A HURRICANE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM BARAHONA IN THE DOMINICAN
REPUBLIC WESTWARD TO LE MOLE ST NICHOLAS HAITI. PREPARATIONS TO
