CONNECTICUT TO MERRIMACK RIVER MASSACHUSETTS...AND FOR EASTERN
LONG ISLAND FROM FIRE ISLAND EASTWARD. THIS WARNING WILL LIKELY BE
DISCONTINUED LATER THIS MORNING.

SURFACE OBSERVATIONS OVER NEW ENGLAND INDICATE THAT CHARLEY HAS
BECOME ILL-DEFINED.

STORM CHARLEY WAS ESTIMATED NEAR LATITUDE 42.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE
71.0 WEST OR IN THE GENERAL VICINITY OF BOSTON MASSACHUSETTS.

CHARLEY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH...48 KM/HR... AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
