located near latitude 17.1 North, longitude 31.7 West. Lisa is
moving toward the northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h) and this general
motion is expected to continue through Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some strengthening is forecast during the next 24 hours, with steady
weakening expected to begin by Thursday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
