DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 500 AM AST (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lisa was located near latitude 19.9 North, longitude 34.0 West. Lisa is moving toward the northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue during the next 48 hours. Maximum sustained winds remain near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next day or two. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
