Nicole is moving toward the northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h). A turn toward the north-northwest is expected later today. A slow and meandering motion is forecast tonight and Friday. Maximum sustained winds remain near 70 mph (110 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast today, with some weakening anticipated by late Friday.
