This is for diplaying the usual information for storms with links and the mini skeeto imagpe. The format is {{StormLinks|Name|StormNumber|AnimationNumber|year|floaternumber|title}} 1 name is storm name, 2 stormnumber is the storm season number or invest number, 3 AnimationNumber is the model loop animation number (increments by 1 per year) 4 year is the storm year 5 floaternumber is the number of the floater sat links used. 6 title - Title for top https://flhurricane.com/images/{{{4}}}/storm{{{3}}}latest.gif
