Caribbean weather radar system

"Caribbean weather radar warning system underway"

thought this may interest a few... i read this back in the "winter" and i have found more information on them...

"The European Union (EU)-funded $3.2 million euros project in Barbados will be replicated in Trinidad, Guyana and Belize."

I read somewhere and saw 3 doppler radars online.... i thought i read that a total of 6 were being installed?
