will be initiated at 8pm and 8am EDT.

So I should look for the Latest approx
3 1/2 to 4 hrs later around 4z(Midnite) and 16z(Noon EDT).

And the animated NHC tracs is exactly what I was looking for.

The latest has Isaac being 'attracted' to SW Haiti now.
With All the changes made in the last 3 days,
the only constant from the Non ECMWF models is that Isaac
seems determined to go over as much of the Greater Antilles as possible.
