Fun fact,

Many believe Invest 96L should have been declared a tropical cyclone and if found to have had sustained winds of at least 39 MPH, which appeared to be the case a few times, would have been given the "H" name (Helene) a few days ago, leaving what is now "Helene" instead to have been named Isaac, with an "I"
