GFS is doing the CAG Phantom storm again, and unless more support for it, it's likely not going to happen (or wind up in the east pacific). The area in the east Atlantic is more likely, but still has a difficult road, if it does it'll likely recurve.
Wave East of the Caribbean is still way too elongated along the axis to develop.
