Area of Interest - SW of Cape Verde Islands

A tropical wave near 10N 35W is showing signs of better organization this morning and appears to be accompanied by an area of lower pressure. The system developed good convection last night to the east of the wave apex and is moving to the west at 15mph. Easterly wind shear south of the wave is weakening while westerly shear to the north of the wave remains rather strong. This one seems to have some potential for future development.
Cheers,
ED
