THIS LOW HAS BECOME A LITTLE BETTER-ORGANIZED THAN YESTERDAY WITH BANDING FEATURES COMING ON THE N SIDE AND QUIKSCAT INDICATING A CLOSED SURFACE CIRCULATION. HOWEVER CONVECTION REMAINS MEAGER AS THE SYSTEM IS
