Dropsonde released into the western Eyewall. At 0413Z indicating "Wind, last 150m (492ft) of the drop, from 300 degrees ( NW ) at 84kts"-97 mph.
This isn't the max wind. Just the Eyewall Max wind.
And this is on the western side of the center.
