Courtesy of NWSFO - Tallahassee Tropical Storm Debby continues to spin over our Gulf of Mexico coastal waters. The last couple hours of visible satellite images indicated that the circulation continues to evolve. That circulation now appears to be north of the official track...closer to the coast. Pressures at the Apalachicola dropped below the minimum pressure indicated for Debby in the last advisory. We are currently observing tropical storm force winds mainly in gusts. However, we have been seeing sustained TS winds at Alligator Point and a recent gust at AAF reached 66 mph. |
