Area of Interest - TS Humberto

Located in the Far Eastern Atlantic emerging from Africa is a strong Tropical Wave with an associated forming low pressure area. The NHC currently gives this system a 30% chance of development within the next 48 hours and a 80% chance of development within the next five days.
