Custom Avators now turned on!

Please use "Uploaded Custom Avatars" Not Remote Avatars.

Small bug in the program we have to work out, But for the time being I had to turn both on to get it to show up in your edit profile screen.

Remember Upload your avatar do not use a link to a remote avatar.
