New Spotlight Page

I updated the "spotlight" page, and probably will change it more as time goes on. Adding more photos, etc, for the storms.

You may have seen the left menu/header disappear for a bit tonight, that was me adjusting the site again. Also I've resized some of the user "Avatars" to not be as large.




Note: This is NOT an official page. It is run by weather hobbyists and should not be used as a replacement for official sources.
Great thanks to all who donated and everyone who uses the site as well. Site designed for 1920x1080+ resolution.
