ok, latest IR imagery shows a clearly defined circulation centre near26.85N 87.90W. This feature is 75% surrounded by convection, with the NW quadrant still convection free. However, spiral bands are now evident in the IR imagery to the SW of the centre. Compare this with the reported pressure drops and i think we might actually see TD One today.
