Latest satellite pictures show that an upper level low is moving into Bertha from the east and is disrupting the circulation. In fact, radar out of Galveston and Lake Charles show that the center is basically impossible to find with the main rotation with the upper low. The upper low will likely continue to be the dominate player with Bertha. It will be interesting tonight to see if the upper level low works to the surface.
