Looking at the Caribbean, I do see quite a bit of activity but I do not see any kind of circulation. I do not expect to see any because of the shearing from the westerlies that are running rapid through the entire caribbean.It is interesting to watch but I feel it will start to fall apart as the evening sets in.Everything is rushing off to the NE anyway.
