UPPER-LEVEL WINDS...UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION...
WILL PREVAIL OVER THE CARIBBEAN SEA AND PORTIONS OF THE TROPICAL
ATLANTIC DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH SUNDAY.
