What I notice

I notice that there is some hesitation (which is wise) on the absolute down the road forecasted path of Dolly.

This morning on local Miami News there was a more concerned look on the faces and less of a "oh its 3300 miles away" tone as if someone pointed out that it was possible (not necessarily probable) that Dolly may be a hurricane that someone not so far down the road may have to watch her carefully.

Then again the cynics probably fizzled/wished that she would just fizzle over night.

And..what did pop up east of PR.. sure hope that's just a anomaly of overnight pop up rain within a wave and not something they have to recon with sooner rather than later.
