Well NHC must still think there is a possibility of this system developing. After issuing what they said would be the final Statement yesterday, things must have changed significantly because they have just issued another Special Tropical Disturbance Statement for this system...

1700z report from Kingston shows pressure at 1013, heavy rain and winds at 50 km/h from the ESE.
