That's why it would be a flood watch, not a TS watch. Besides, NHC issues TC watches and warnings, not NWS offices. Conditions near Orlando, Florida: Heavy rain with frequent lightning, temp: 74 degrees, humidity: 93%, baro pres.:29.99 inches and steady.
