I'm in S. Florida (Broward County). My computer is not doing too well these days so i can't really investigate this weather pattern we are under.
It sure *feels* tropical and I am wondering if this pattern has a potential for development. The NHC reports say no. Can anyone tell me what is out there in the NW Carribean?
