One or Two systems?

HF,

Not that I'm basing this in meterologey, but.... I tend to agree that there's probably a better chance for the EPAC system to develop than the ATL one. One question, am an idiot to think that NHC is covering both bases with this storm (ie, that it could end up in either basin) or are there really two separate and distinct systems out there, with each one, given ideal conditions, capable of generating a TD?
