HEAVY RAINS OVER THESE AREAS ARE LIKELY TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT DAY OR TWO...AND THESE RAINS COULD CAUSE LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND MUD SLIDES.
