CIRCULATION AT THIS TIME. THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE NEXT DAY OR SO AND WILL BE MONITORED FOR
SIGNS OF DEVELOPMENT.
