Yeah, I agree with you Phil. 90L looks quite a bit better than it did earlier today, so although 99L is developing faster, its counterpart may well be the more significant system. Notice that in the latest TWO they have raised the possibilty of a tropical storm forming tonight, rather than just a tropical depression.
