WINDWARD ISLANDS IS MOVING WESTWARD NEAR 20 MPH. THIS SYSTEM
CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION...AND IT HAS THE POTENTIAL
FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
