FYI...AN RSO OF GOES-E HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR TPC. THE
RSO WILL BE IN OPERATION UNTIL 13/2126Z TO ASSIST
WITH T.S. BONNIE AND HCN CHARLEY.

*note-they are shifting a satellite for near-exclusive tracking and coverage of Bonnie and Charley. The satellite has a Rapid Scan Operation mode in which it takes more frequent pictures than usual. Hence, faster updates on some of the Sats.
