Agree with Richard. While I wouldn't bet against Earl reintensifying, possibly even to hurricane strength, I would pretty much figure only South Texas to be under the gun, so to speak. Earl is probably going to slam into the Yucatan, then go into the BOC, and that is the point where he may recurve slightly. One can never say "never," of course, but I think Floridians can breathe a lot easier with Earl. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Richard, and all the others affected. That was some post earlier. It probably belongs in another forum, but for now it stays right here, for all to see. |
