Just an observation here. The 06Z A98E model has Frances taking a dive? south.

30/06z 16.3N/ 63.8W
31/06z 14.8N/ 69.3W
01/06z 12.8N/ 74.0W

Is something going on with the ridge that we haven't seen yet? 12.8/ 74.0 is south of the westernmost tip of Haiti.
