This system has excellent outflow, the cirrus clouds obscure the devloping rain bands, it is very orgainzed by looking a the visble sat. imagery but its convection is off to the southwest of the devloping LLC. This system has the chance to become a tropical storm as I metioned in another post, it's feeding off the sun and will continue to do so until about 6:00. Tom.
