Re: Forecast Advisory

The new Advisories are out and can be viewed under the "Current Storm" headings.
NHC has changed Frances' 4 day and 5 day positions somewhat.
The fcst from 24hrs ago had 02/0000z 23.5N/ 70.0W
The newest fcst has............02/0000z 22.4N/ 70.6W
Not sure if that's good news or what, yet.
