In North Orlando,
Last night I was very worried.
Tonight I'm not concerned as much.
What I thnk I'm seeing is a dying Frances who will
have weakening winds and of course lots of rain as she comes ashore near Jensen Beach and moves over Lakeland toward the gulf.
