Ok, finally took an actual look at Jeanne. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the concentric circles represent increasing isobars towards the center? Wouldn't this show a high pressure area near the eastern edge of Florida/Atlantic ocean. If that is true, why exactly is this storm going up the east coast?
