Okay I give.
246 nautical miles is 283.27 miles (regular).
283miles divided by 12mph(current track speed) is 23 hours from the last advisory, til Miami has the rain over them.
That is total speculation of course.
I noticed this statement in the last Advisory. If you know of Jewish neighbors, please keep them advised if at all possible!!
