I received this PM from a concerned poster...since I am not a met, I am not qualified to render an answer that could have possibly life-threatening consequences...

Anyone out there who is qualified to give an answer, please do:

"Hey I just came online for a second just finishing the preps. My moms in Vero Beach I am basically Pompano Beach/Ft. Lauderdale line. Should I bring her down here? Her house is fine from Francis but has no shutters... just the heavy duty 3 mm shutters. Whats your feeling on this one? Is Vero in for a slamming?"
