SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OF AROUND 40 MPH OR MORE WITH HIGHER GUSTS SHOULD THEN PERSIST FOR THE SOUTHEAST BIG BEND AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS INTO SUNDAY NIGHT.
